Your kid will
feel fear today.
Nobody taught them what it is.
We teach kids to read, to swim, to look both ways. We do not teach them the one emotion that will shape every decision they ever make. KNOW FEAR® does, in 90 minutes, in language a 12-year-old can use the same afternoon. Help them turn fear into fuel.
Give your kids a tactical edge.
When you change your relationship with fear, you can change someone’s life. Yours. Your kids.
The goal was never a fearless child. It was to make fear a friend — a signal, not a stop sign.
Proof, in a ten-year-old’s handwriting
A month later, in a tattoo shop in Las Vegas, Aaron handed me a piece of paper.
Aaron is my tattoo artist and a good friend.
He called me about his son Salem, who was showing signs of anxiety. He asked if the program might be too mature for a 10-year-old.
I told him: “I’ve never met Salem. Only you know if it’s right for him. You’re his dad and his coach in life. When you listen to it first and decide what you wanna share with your son.”
A month went by. I was in Las Vegas on business, and I went by Aaron’s shop to get another tattoo. Before we started, he walked over and handed me a piece of paper.
I opened it. And this is what I read.

Hear Coach Blauer read the letter
“Thank you for giving me the tools that help me be brave when I’m afraid, to always practice courage, and remember that courage is contagious.”
A ten-year-old does not write that unless something clicked. He has language for what is happening inside him now — and once a kid has that language, fear stops running the show.
I was never close with my dad. I wish he had taught me how to manage fear. I know Aaron and Salem’s relationship changed because of the conversations they were having. That is the power of this program. That is the whole reason it exists.

The mechanism
The real danger is not the fear spike.
Fear will be there. You either manage it or mismanage it.
Fear spike
always arrives uninvited. No kid wakes up and says, “I hope something scares the hell out of me today.”
Doubt
immediately follows the fear spike.
Hesitation
predictably follows doubt — and it is almost impossible to stop.
Procrastination
is where the problem really starts, because time is the only resource we can never get back.
Sorry folks, there is no positive spin on procrastination. Every time your child hesitated, it was this loop. Not weakness. Not character. A loop nobody showed them how to manage. Give them the strategy and it stops being the story of their life.
You cannot be brave.
If you are not afraid.
Fear is the primary ingredient of courage.
This is not about eliminating fear. It is about using it as fuel.
In their own words
Real parents.Real kids.Real change.
Give your kids this gift. Give them the strategy to manage fear.
Ten years later
“I can’t even begin to tell you how much of an impact your material had on my kids, filtered in an age appropriate way through me. My daughter has been growing in self-confidence, traveling the world, and while staying safe has utter fearlessness in confronting challenges. My son pushed his way to completing his eagle scout and came through outward-bound programs designed to stretch him with flying colors — due in no small measure to your instruction laying a foundation for dealing with fear.”
Below are 10 more, in the words the parents and coaches sent me. Tap any one to read it. If you only read a few, read the ones that sound like your kid.

“My daughter Charley was an 11 year old pitcher… they had just moved up a division to play 12 year old girls. She was having trouble throwing the ball without bouncing it, let alone throwing strikes — all this after being dominant up to that point. So I bought the KNOW FEAR audio/video, listened to it, and then actually LISTENED to her about what she was actually afraid of and applied what you taught me. She’s now the most talented, dominating pitcher on her team by far, out-pitches girls who throw harder and are bigger, and she gets this evil little grin on her face when facing bigger hitters.”
Fred DePaoli · Father of an 11-year-old pitcher
Not one of these parents paid for a technique. They paid for a strategy — and then shared it with their loved ones in their home, in the driveway, in the dugout, in the car. That is the secret to Coach Blauer’s system. It gives anyone access to language that allows people to coach themselves and others how to manage fear.
From a practicing psychologist
Tony Blauer’s research on fear management has proven more effective for some of my clients than any of the material I have learned in 20 years of practicing psychology.

A note from Coach Blauer
We cannot go back and teach ourselves this. We can teach them.
For forty years I have taught this material to more than 500,000 students worldwide — single mothers in shelters, veterans carrying PTSD, police, Tier One military, world-class athletes.
Every one of them feels fear. The difference is what they do in the three seconds after it arrives.
That is a teachable skill. It just never got taught to most of us, and I would rather your kid not wait until they are forty to learn it.

Straight answers
Questions parents actually ask.
What age is this for?
There is no real age limit. Most parents listen first and decide what to share with their child. The Glenn Sunshine story is the classic example: he filtered the material to his kids in an age-appropriate way, and ten years later he wrote back to say thank you. Obviously if a child is too young to comprehend the language, hold off. But the lessons grow with them.
How long does it take?
About 90 minutes. You can go through it in one sitting on a weeknight, and you keep access forever.
My kid isn't anxious. Do we need this?
Fear is not only anxiety. It shows up as procrastination, as quitting early, as not raising a hand, as not speaking up when something feels wrong. This is literacy, not treatment.
Is this a self-defense course?
No. It is the mindset layer underneath it. The physical work is separate. This is the part that determines whether anything else gets used.
